Questions parents ask
How do I see where the bus is?
Sign in with the parent login from the transport office and open Track the bus. The map refreshes on its own while the bus is running.
My child will not take the bus tomorrow. What do I do?
Open Not taking the bus in the parent panel and pick the date. The driver sees it on the trip list and does not wait at your stop.
Can I change the pickup stop?
Yes. Ask the transport office; the new stop and time apply from the next trip, and the fee follows the new stop.
How do I pay the transport fee?
At the office, or online from Transport fees in the parent panel by UPI or card. Every payment gets a receipt.
